The Parish Council has a number of assets:

  • The playing field and amenities on it at Trevithick
  • The car park (including the land the toilets are on but not the toilets themselves) and common land at Constantine Bay
  • The public toilets at Shop, St Merryn Village
  • The bus shelter at Shop, St Merryn Village
  • The bus shelter at Constantine Bay
  • Towan green and the pond
  • The public notice board (attached to St Merryn Garage wall)
